We received your letter regarding the Trustee's Report of No Distribution and that our case is over. We really appreciate what you have done for us and while we are finding it a bit difficult to get used to, we are doing OK without the credit cards and heavy debt and we will continue to do better. Dear Mr. Ostrander,

My name is Arlene (intentionally deleted). I am a client of Liz Katz. For the past 30 years I worked hard to pay my bills on time, all the time. This past summer I realized I couldn't do that anymore. I had over $75,000 in credit debt. I was so overwhelmed, embarrassed & scared. I first called a "family friend".
